It's part of the Speedtronic Mark IV Turbine Series from General Electric. The DS3800NDIC is a Mother Board with a portion for mounting a Daughter Board on four tiny pegs. Three transistors are present on the board. The aim of transistors, which are made of a semiconductive substance, is to amplify or modify electrical impulses and power. 

Over seventy resistors make up the card. A resistor is a component that controls the passage of energy across a circuit board. One Variable Resistor or Potentiometer is included in the module. The Variable Resistor is an adjustable resistor with a little screw on the top that allows the worker to alter the resistance. The board additionally includes eleven integrated circuits that keep the circuit boards running. There are two types of integrated circuits: programmable and non-programmable. EPROMs are programmable integrated circuits that can be updated as needed. EEPROM stands for electrically erasable programmable read-only memory.
