GE 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E Motor Management Relay Overview

TYPE: GE 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E is a solenoid type relay, which achieves on-off control of the circuit by solenoid attracting and releasing the contacts.

Contact capacity: This relay has a large contact capacity to withstand large current loads and is suitable for controlling operations such as starting, stopping and direction of motors.

Mechanical and electrical life: the relay has a long mechanical and electrical life, can work continuously for a long time, suitable for industrial automation equipment that requires long-term stable operation.

Installation: Standard DIN rail mounting is adopted, which is convenient for users to fix it on the control cabinet or operation panel.

Protection level: high protection level, can be adapted to the more severe working environment, with better dust, moisture and shock performance.

Other features: small size, light weight, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, etc., applicable to a variety of industrial automation equipment that requires motor control.

Application of GE 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E in AC motor control

Overload protection: GE 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E motor management relays are usually equipped with an overload protection function that monitors the current of AC motors. When the current exceeds a set threshold, the relay triggers and breaks the circuit to prevent the motor from being overloaded.

Temperature Monitoring: The relay may have a temperature monitoring feature to measure the temperature of the AC motor to prevent damage caused by motor overheating.

Phase Sequence Protection: Ensures that the AC motor is in the correct phase sequence. Incorrect phase sequence may result in reverse motor operation or other unsafe conditions. Therefore, this relay provides phase sequence protection.
