Product Overview

The IC200CHS002 is a compact I/O carrier module designed for industrial automation applications. It provides a flexible I/O architecture that supports local and remote configuration and is part of the Versamax product line. The module features 36 IEC box terminals that can be used to connect a variety of field devices.

Technical Features

Terminal Configuration:

36 terminals in groups A1 to A18 and B1 to B18.

Each terminal supports termination of up to 2 wires.

Recommended wire sizes are AWG #14 to AWG #22 (single wire connection), AWG #18 is used to connect two wires in a single terminal for terminal shorting.

Electrical Characteristics:

Accommodates a voltage range of up to 0-264VAC.

Rated at 2 amps per point or 8 amps per power and ground.

Terminals are capable of withstanding transients up to 300VAC.

Mounting and Connections:

Designed for horizontal mounting.

Requires mounting into an enclosure with a minimum depth of 70mm.

Equipped with carrier mating connectors for quick assembly and connection to the backplane.

Features module latch holes for locking managed IO modules into place.

Compatibility:

Compatible with 32-point I/O modules or high-density I/O devices in the same VersaMax product family.

Has 4 common/power connections and embedded keying dials that are set to match the designated keying position of the module hosted by the I/O carrier.
