DESCRIPTION
P-OPEN-P4-150PAC-OP150P4 Motion Control Module is a key component in the automation control system, which is mainly responsible for controlling and managing the motion of mechanical equipment. It performs kinematic solving or trajectory planning operations according to the received motion commands or instructions in order to calculate the angular value, position, speed and other parameters of each joint or actuator in each servo control cycle. The motion control module then sends these parameters to the servo drive system or actuator to drive the motion of the mechanical equipment to complete the specified path, attitude change, or work task.
The motion control module usually includes the following core functions:
Trajectory planning: according to the motion command or instruction, the trajectory planning operation is performed to generate a smooth and accurate motion trajectory.
Kinematic solving: According to the kinematic model and parameters of the mechanical equipment, kinematic solving is carried out in order to calculate the angle value, position, speed and other parameters of each joint or actuator.
