INTRODUCTION

The module has 4 miniature fuses providing the line protection. Each fuse is associated to a LED. The fuses are monitored via an evaluation logic and the state of each circuit is announced to the related LED. The contact pins 1, 2, 3, 4 and L- on the front side serve to connect L+ resp. EL+ and L- to supply the IO modules and sensor contacts. The contacts d6, d10, d14, d18 serve as rear terminals for 24 V supply of one IO slot each.

Functional Features: The F 7133 is a 4-channel power distribution module containing 4 miniature fuses to provide line protection. Each fuse is associated with an LED, which informs the status of each circuit via LED indicators. In addition, the module has a wireless data communication module with A/D conversion function, which enables A/D conversion of analogue signals and monitoring of changes in switching signals in the field to be transmitted via a wireless network.

Technical Features

Fuse monitoring:

The module has 4 built-in miniature fuses to protect the circuit from faults such as overloads and short circuits.

The status of each fuse is displayed in real time through the LED associated with it, which facilitates quick identification and handling of faults.

L-type power distribution:

Supports L-type power distribution function to meet the power distribution needs of different application scenarios.

The contact pins and L- interface are designed to facilitate the connection of L+ and EL+, as well as L-, to supply IO modules and sensor contacts.

High performance and reliability:

Switching time of approximately 100ms (relay) ensures fast response.

Relay contacts have a load capacity of 30V/4A (continuous load) and a residual voltage of 0V to meet high load requirements.

Installation and Connection: Correctly connect the power supply, load and communication lines according to the interface and pin design of the module.

Status monitoring: Check the status of LED indicators regularly to detect and deal with circuit faults in time.
