Functional features

Efficient Data Conversion and Transmission: It can convert analog and digital signals in the factory loop into signal formats that can be recognized and processed by the computer, and realize bidirectional high-speed data transmission to ensure real-time and accurate communication between the computer and the factory loop equipment, so that the computer can obtain the operating status and production data of the on-site equipment in a timely manner, and at the same time transmit the control commands to the on-site equipment quickly.

System integration and compatibility: as an important part of INFI 90 system, it has good compatibility and working ability with other modules in the system, such as CPU module, input/output module, communication module, etc. It can be easily integrated into the existing INFI 90 control system to realize system expansion and upgrade without large-scale transformation of the whole system.

Diagnostic and monitoring function: It has self-diagnostic ability, can monitor its own working status in real time, such as power supply status, communication connection status, signal conversion status, etc., and can feedback the diagnostic results to the computer monitoring system. Application Areas

Chemical industry: In the chemical production process, it connects various chemical instruments, reaction kettles, pumps and other equipments with the computer control system to realize the automatic control and optimization of the chemical production process. Maintenance and upkeep

Regular cleaning: Regularly clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the module, which can be cleaned with a clean soft cloth or compressed air to prevent the dust from entering the inside of the module to affect the heat dissipation and electrical performance.
