Functional characteristics

Efficient signal transmission: the optimized internal bus structure ensures fast and accurate transmission of signals between modules, effectively reduces interference and delay during signal transmission, ensures efficient and stable operation of the whole control system, and improves real-time and accuracy of control.

Good system expandability: with excellent expandability, it can easily add new modules or upgrade and replace the existing modules according to the changing needs of actual applications, flexibly expanding the system functions to meet the changing control needs of different industrial scenarios, and easily realizing the upgrading and transformation of the system.

Technical Parameters

Mechanical dimensions: usually follow the standard industrial cabinet installation size, such as the common 19-inch standard rack size, easy to install in a standard industrial control cabinet, and other equipment integrated installation, space-saving and easy to maintain. Adaptability of power supply: It supports a variety of standard industrial power supply voltages, such as 24V DC, 110V AC or 220V AC, etc., which can be selected according to different industrial site power conditions. And it is equipped with perfect power protection functions, including over-voltage protection, over-current protection and short-circuit protection, etc. When the power supply is abnormal, it can cut off the power supply in time to protect the equipment from damage and ensure that the equipment can operate safely and reliably under different power supply environments.

Working environment range: the working temperature range is generally wide, such as - 20 ℃ to + 60 ℃, the relative humidity range is usually 5% to 95%, can be in most of the industrial site under the harsh temperature and humidity conditions of normal operation, whether high temperature, humid environment, or low temperature, dry environment, can maintain stable performance, to adapt to such as the chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, and other industries in the harsh industrial environment.

Maintenance and upkeep

Module status monitoring: Regularly check the working status of each module installed on the rack, and discover and deal with module failures in time by observing whether the module's indicator lights are normally on and off, as well as by using diagnostic software or tools to check whether the module's operating parameters are within the normal range. For the faulty module, it should be repaired or replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the system.

Environmental maintenance: Keep the environment where the rack is located clean, dry and well-ventilated, avoid placing strong electromagnetic interference sources or heat generating equipment near the rack to prevent adverse effects on the rack and the equipment installed on it. At the same time, pay attention to prevent the equipment from being damaged by flooding, corrosion, etc. Regularly check whether the protective measures of the equipment are intact, such as seals, grounding and so on.
