The ground and power board (JGPA) is a long narrow board that mounts adjacent to PCAA where shield wires are terminated. JGPA provides shield wire terminal points that may be tied directly to the underlying functional earth sheet metal or wired to a preferred grounding point. In this respect, it is very similar to the JGND board offered as an option with other Mark VIe terminal boards.
