DESCRIPTION

The Pacific Scientific 6445 is an economical high performance microstepping drive combined with a programmable indexer. The package uses an RS232/485 port to allow single or multi-axis communication at 9600 baud. 16 programmable inputs and 12 programmable outputs are compatible with standard 5 to 30 Vdc I/O. The 6445 features a 12K battery backed RAM for storage of parameters and move profiles. Motion control programming is simplified with PacSci Stepper BASIC™, an easy to learn extension of the BASIC™ protocol.

Product Features

High-precision microstepping control:

The driver adopts micro-stepping technology, which can achieve high-precision motion control. By subdividing the stepping angle, the stepping error of the motor can be reduced and the positioning accuracy of the system can be improved.

Programmable indexing function:

The drive has a built-in programmable indexer, which allows the user to set the indexing parameters, such as indexing position, indexing speed, etc., according to the actual needs. This enables the drive to flexibly adapt to different application scenarios and meet the user's individual needs.

Powerful communication capability:
