Functional Features

Signal Adaptation and Acquisition: It can adapt a variety of common analog signal types, such as 4-20mA current signals, 0-10V or ±10V voltage signals, etc., and can be connected to various types of sensors, such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, flow sensors, etc., to achieve the measurement of a variety of physical quantities in the industrial field and data acquisition.

Signal Conditioning and Conversion: Condition the input analog signals, including filtering, amplification, linearization and other processing to improve the quality and stability of the signal to ensure that the subsequent system can accurately carry out data processing and control. At the same time, the analog signal is converted into a digital signal to facilitate communication and interaction with the digital part of the control system.

Channel Independence: Multiple input channels are independent of each other, and each channel can be configured and used separately without interfering with each other, which facilitates separate processing and monitoring of different analog signals, and improves the flexibility and expandability of the system.

Fault diagnosis and alarm: Built-in fault diagnosis function can real-time monitor the working status of the module itself as well as the abnormal conditions of the input signals, such as signal open-circuit, short-circuit, over-range, etc., and can promptly send out an alarm signal to notify the operator to deal with the situation, which can help to improve the reliability and safety of the system.

Technical Parameters

Number of input channels: Generally there are 8 or 16 analog input channels, which can meet the requirements of industrial applications of different scales, and users can choose the appropriate number of channels according to actual needs.

Signal input range: Support a variety of standard analog signal input ranges, such as 4-20mA, 0-10V, -10V to +10V, etc., and can also be customized according to the needs of special applications, in order to adapt to the output signal range of different sensors.

Resolution: Usually with high resolution, such as 12 or 14 bits, high resolution can more accurately represent the changes in the analog signal, thus improving the precision and accuracy of the measurement.

Conversion accuracy: The conversion accuracy can reach 0.1% or higher, in the whole signal input range can ensure stable and accurate signal conversion, to ensure that the collected data is true and reliable.

Sampling rate: It has a high sampling rate, which can be set according to the specific application requirements, and can generally meet the requirements of real-time data acquisition and rapid control in industrial processes.

Power supply voltage: generally 24V DC power supply, the operating voltage range is usually ± 20%, can work stably under a certain degree of power fluctuations to ensure the normal operation of the module.

Power Consumption: Low power consumption, usually between a few watts and a dozen watts, reduces the burden on the system power supply, but also helps to reduce the overall energy consumption and operating costs of the system.

Operating temperature range: generally - 20 ℃ to + 60 ℃, some special models can work in a wider temperature range, able to adapt to a variety of harsh industrial field environment temperature conditions.

Physical Characteristics

Dimensions: The external dimensions are usually small, generally about 100mm in length, 50mm in width and 20mm in height, the specific dimensions may vary from model to model, but they are all designed to be more compact and easy to be installed and laid out in the control cabinet.

Weight: Light weight, generally around 0.5kg, will not bring too much burden to the installation and maintenance, easy for operators to install, disassemble and replace.

Installation: Usually adopts the rail mounting method, which can be easily mounted on the standard DIN rail and form a complete control system together with other modules, which is very convenient for installation and removal, saving installation time and cost.

Interface type: The analog input signal adopts screw terminal interface, which is firmly and reliably connected, and is easy for wiring and maintenance; the communication interface is generally a standard industrial communication interface, such as Ethernet, PROFIBUS DP, etc., which allows high-speed and stable data communication with other devices.

Application Fields

Chemical industry: In the chemical production process, it is used to collect parameters such as temperature, pressure and liquid level of the reaction kettle, as well as information such as flow rate and composition in the pipeline, so as to realize precise control and safety monitoring of the chemical production process.

Power industry: in power plants and substations, it can be used to collect parameters such as voltage, current and power of generators, as well as operational status signals of transformers, busbars and other equipments, so as to ensure the stable operation and safe power supply of the power system.

Metallurgical industry: In the metallurgical production process of iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, etc., it can be used to collect the temperature of the heating furnace, the pressure and speed of the rolling mill and other parameters, so as to realize the automated control of metallurgical equipment and optimize the production.

Pharmaceutical industry: In the process of drug production, it can be used to collect parameters such as temperature, pH value and stirring speed of the reactor, as well as environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and differential pressure of the clean room, so as to ensure the quality and safety of drug production.

Food and beverage industry: In the process of food and beverage processing, it can be used to collect the temperature, pressure, flow rate and other parameters of the production equipment, as well as the liquid level and temperature of the storage tank to ensure the quality and safety of food and beverage production.
