Structure and Material
Conductor: High purity copper is used to ensure good electrical conductivity and signal transmission quality, reduce resistance, and minimize signal attenuation in the transmission process.
Insulation layer: usually high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and other insulating materials, with good insulation, voltage resistance and low-loss characteristics, which can effectively prevent short-circuiting between the conductor and signal leakage.
Shield: mostly copper tape or woven copper mesh structure, can provide good electromagnetic shielding effect, effectively prevent external electromagnetic interference on the internal signal, but also to avoid internal signal radiation to the outside, to ensure the stability and reliability of signal transmission.
Sheath: Generally adopts low smoke halogen free material or flame retardant PVC material, which has good resistance to abrasion, corrosion, weather aging and flame retardant properties, and can protect the internal structure of the cable in harsh industrial environments and improve the service life and safety of the cable.
