Functional Characteristics
Signal conversion and transmission: As an important link in the control system, it converts various input signals on site, such as sensor signals, switch signals, etc. into digital signals that can be recognised and processed by the control system, and converts output signals issued by the control system into signals suitable for execution by on-site equipment, so as to realise signal conversion and transmission between on-site equipment and the control system.
Electrical isolation: electrical isolation of the input and output signals effectively prevents the electrical interference of the field equipment from being transmitted to the control system, and also avoids the interference within the control system from affecting the normal operation of the field equipment, which improves the stability and reliability of the system.
Signal conditioning: Filtering, amplification, shaping and other conditioning operations on the input signal to improve the quality and accuracy of the signal, to ensure that the control system can receive a stable and reliable signal. For the output signal, power amplification and other processing can also be carried out to meet the driving requirements of field equipment.
Working Principle
In the control system, NTCS01 is connected to field devices and other parts of the control system through various interfaces. The signals from the field devices first enter the input port of NTCS01, and after signal conversion, isolation and conditioning, the digital signals are transmitted to the controller or other processing units of the control system through the internal communication bus. After the controller processes and calculates the signals, it sends the output signals back to NTCS01 through the communication bus, and NTCS01 then converts them into signals suitable for the field equipment and outputs them to the field equipment, thus realising the control and monitoring of the field equipment.
