Functional features

Signal Acquisition: It can receive and process multiple digital input signals to provide accurate external device status information for the control system. For example, in industrial automation production lines, it can collect start/stop signals of equipment, trigger signals of sensors and so on.

Compatible with multiple signal types: It supports dry contact signals and active signals, and can adapt to different voltage and current ranges, such as TTL level, CMOS level or common industrial standard voltage signals, etc. It can work well with various industrial equipment and sensors.

Signal filtering and anti-interference: Equipped with signal filtering function, it can remove high-frequency noise in the signal and carry out anti-jitter processing through hardware or software to ensure that the collected signals are real and stable, and to avoid generating incorrect control instructions due to signal jitter.

Logic operation processing: it can perform basic logic operations on the collected digital signals, such as with, or, not, etc., so as to combine and judge multiple input signals according to the system requirements and achieve complex control logic.

Signal Conversion and Adaptation: Convert the original digital signals collected into a format suitable for transmission in industrial communication networks or control systems, involving signal level conversion, coding and other operations to ensure that the signals can be accurately and correctly transmitted to the upper controller or other control devices.

Technical parameters

Electrical parameters: the working voltage is generally DC voltage, the range is about 18V-30V DC; input voltage and current range varies according to the signal type, the external power supply voltage of dry contact signals supports 5V-30V DC, the input voltage of active signals covers TTL level, CMOS level or industrial standard 24V DC signals, etc., and the input current is generally between a few milliamps and tens of milliamps.

Performance parameters: short response time, usually between microseconds and milliseconds, such as 1μs-10ms, can be timely acquisition and processing of input signals; the number of input channels have a variety of configurations, such as 24-channel, 48-channel, etc., depending on the specific model of the product.

Environmental parameters: operating temperature range is generally - 20 ℃ - +70 ℃ or so, the relative humidity range of 5% - 95% (non-condensing), the protection level is generally IP20 or higher, can adapt to a variety of industrial environments.
