Module Installation and Expansion: Adopting standardised module installation method, it has good compatibility with other modules of the same series. In terms of power distribution, its power management module can provide stable and reliable power supply for modules with different power requirements, and has perfect overload protection, short circuit protection and other functions, effectively preventing equipment damage caused by electrical faults and improving the safety and stability of the system. In addition, it has been carefully designed in terms of electromagnetic compatibility. By adopting electromagnetic shielding measures such as metal casing as well as reasonable wiring and grounding design, it is able to operate stably in the complex industrial electromagnetic environment without being affected by external electromagnetic interference.

Mechanical and environmental adaptability: the rack is generally made of rugged engineering plastics or metal, with high mechanical strength and stability, able to withstand a certain degree of vibration, impact and external extrusion, effectively protect the internal installation of equipment from damage. In terms of environmental adaptability, it can adapt to a wide range of operating temperatures, generally - 5 ℃ to 50 ℃, and has a certain degree of dust-proof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant ability, can be in the harsh industrial environment for a long time in the field of stable operation, greatly reducing the failure rate of equipment and maintenance costs.

Industrial automation control system: Widely used in various industrial automation control systems, such as production line control in the manufacturing industry, process control in the chemical industry, substation automation control in the power industry. As the core component of the control system, PGM05 Rack can be configured with different modules according to the specific needs to achieve precise control and monitoring of the production process or equipment operating status, improve production efficiency, product quality and system reliability.

Remote Site of Distributed Control System: In distributed control system, it can be used as the control core of remote site, interacting with the master station through network communication to achieve centralised management and monitoring of remote equipment. For example, PGM05 Rack and related modules can be installed in remote pumping stations and metering stations in oil and gas industries to realise remote control and data acquisition of on-site equipments, which reduces on-site maintenance costs and improves the manageability of the system.
