For example, it can convert 5V or 12V sensor signals to the internal working level of the module, which is convenient for subsequent signal processing.

Signal filtering and anti-interference: The built-in signal filtering function is used to remove noise and interference from the input signal. In industrial environments, there are a large number of electromagnetic interference sources (e.g., motors, inverters, etc.), and these interferences may cause signal distortion. By filtering, the quality of the input signal can be improved and the anti-interference capability of the system can be enhanced. For example, for digital signals subject to high-frequency electromagnetic interference, the module can remove high-frequency noise through low-pass filtering to make the signal more stable.

Digital Signal Output Function

Multi-Channel Output Drive: With multiple digital signal output channels, it can drive multiple external devices. These devices can be relays, indicators, solenoid valves and other actuators. For example, in an industrial control system, the output channels can be used to control the start and stop of multiple motors or the opening and closing of valves to achieve precise control of industrial processes.

Output power drive capability: with a certain output power, it can provide sufficient drive current for external devices. Different external devices have different requirements for drive current, the module can meet the drive requirements of most common industrial equipment. For example, for some relays that require large current drive, the module can provide enough current to make it work properly.
