Basic Information
The ABB Electrical SPAM 150 C Motor Protection Relay is a motor protection relay. It is mainly used for comprehensive protection of motors to ensure safe and stable operation.
Functional features
Overload protection:
The motor current can be accurately monitored and the relay can act quickly when the motor current exceeds the rated current by a certain degree (overload condition). This can prevent the motor from overheating and damage due to prolonged overload operation, effectively extending the service life of the motor.
Short circuit protection:

Ground fault protection:
Capable of detecting ground faults in the motor. When the insulation of the motor is damaged and ground current occurs, the relay will send a signal or cut off the power supply to protect the safety of personnel and equipment.
Measurement and display function:
It is possible to measure the operating parameters of the motor, such as current, voltage, etc., and may transmit these parameters to external devices through digital display or communication interface.
