Functional features

Intelligent Transmission Function: The terminal is capable of converting various physical quantities (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) into standard electrical or digital signals, and processing and transmitting them. It can be connected with a variety of sensors, receive the analogue signals collected by the sensors, then convert them to digital signals through the internal analogue-to-digital conversion circuit, then linearize, compensate, filter and other processing, and finally transmit the processed signals to other devices with standard communication protocols to achieve accurate measurement and monitoring of industrial process parameters.

Handheld Portability: Handheld design, compact and lightweight, easy to carry and operate, convenient for staff in different work sites for mobile measurement and monitoring. For example, in different workshops of large factories, equipment sites or outdoor industrial sites, the staff can hold the terminal at any time and anywhere on the equipment and process parameters for testing and adjustment.

Data storage and query: With a certain data storage capacity, it can store measurement data, equipment parameters, operation records and other information. Users can conveniently query historical data through the terminal's operation interface for data analysis, fault diagnosis and process optimisation. For example, by checking the historical temperature data to analyse whether the operating status of the equipment is stable and whether there are abnormal fluctuations.

Communication function: It supports a variety of communication modes, such as RS-485, HART protocol, etc. It can communicate with the upper computer, PLC, DCS and other control systems to realise remote transmission and centralised management of data. At the same time, it can also be interconnected with other intelligent devices to build an industrial Internet of Things system to improve the automation level and management efficiency of the production process.

On-site configuration and calibration: Users can directly configure and calibrate the connected transmitter on-site through the operation interface of the terminal, eliminating the need to dismantle the transmitter and take it to the laboratory for calibration, which greatly improves work efficiency and reduces equipment downtime. For example, you can set the measurement range, zero point, range and other parameters of the transmitter, as well as precision calibration and linearity adjustment and other operations.

Application Fields

Intelligent building: In the intelligent building system, it is used to monitor and control the temperature, humidity, air quality, water flow and other parameters in the building, so as to achieve intelligent management and energy optimisation of the building. For example, by monitoring and regulating the temperature and water flow of the air-conditioning system, the energy efficiency of the air-conditioning system can be improved and energy consumption can be reduced; the indoor air quality can be monitored and the operation of the ventilation equipment can be automatically controlled to improve the quality of the indoor environment.
