At its core, the Rolls-Royce TDI-1 features a robust input/output architecture supporting up to 128 digital inputs and 128 digital outputs, complemented by versatile analog interfaces capable of handling 32 analog inputs and 32 analog outputs. The TDI-1 is engineered to sustain continuous operation in harsh industrial conditions, thanks to its ruggedized enclosure rated to IP67 standards, ensuring dust-tight and water-resistant protection. Its operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C further guarantees reliable performance under extreme environmental stresses common in power plants and petrochemical facilities. Performance-wise, the TDI-1 excels with a rapid processing speed facilitated by a high-performance ARM Cortex processor, delivering deterministic response times below 1 millisecond.
