Function characteristics

Signal Processing and Control: Developed based on Honeywell's advanced industrial automation technology platform, it can quickly collect, analyze, and process input signals, and output precise control instructions according to preset programs. It can simultaneously process multiple signal sources to achieve precise control of various industrial equipment.

Display and Alarm: Equipped with four parts of LCD display screen, including 25 segment analog display screen, four digit display screen, four digit message display screen, and power on/card selection icon area. It also has A1, A2, A3 gas alarm indicator lights, fault indicator lights, and prohibition indicator lights. When the detected gas concentration exceeds the preset alarm limit, an alarm signal will be issued by lighting up the LED lights on the front panel and operating the optional connection relay.


Configuration and Storage: The operation is controlled by a microprocessor, and the software configuration settings are stored in EEPROM. They can be fully defined according to different types of gas detectors and application requirements, and support customized processing. Parameters and functional settings can be flexibly adjusted according to specific project requirements.

Communication function: Supports Modbus RTU communication protocol and can be seamlessly integrated into various Modbus compatible systems, achieving stable communication with PLC, upper computer, sensors and other devices, ensuring efficient transmission and sharing of data in industrial networks, and facilitating system integration and centralized management.

Protection and Maintenance: With an IP67 protection level, it can adapt to complex environments such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, and dust. The design does not include potentiometers, reducing the number of fault points caused by potentiometer wear. It also has plug-in input and output options for quick replacement and maintenance. It also supports sensor performance inspection function, making it convenient for technicians to discover and solve potential problems in a timely manner.

Power supply: The DC power supply voltage ranges from 18V to 32V DC, with a typical power consumption of 3.75W for catalytic type (including catalytic sensors) and 3.25W for 4-20mA type.
