Signal receiving end: ZYGO ZMI series measurement electronic board (such as the extended HSSDC2 interface of ZMI 4104C), high-speed data acquisition unit;

Adaptation System: Nanopositioning Measurement System, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Lithography Equipment Workbench Monitoring System.

Semiconductor manufacturing: In the wafer positioning system, connect the laser interferometer with the ZMI 4104C electronic board to transmit sub nanometer displacement data;

Precautions for use

Impedance matching requirements: During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the interfaces at both ends of the cable are fully engaged to avoid impedance changes caused by poor contact, which may affect the accuracy of measurement data;

Wiring specifications: Keep away from strong electromagnetic interference sources (such as motors and high-voltage cables), and it is recommended to keep a distance of ≥ 30cm from power lines to reduce signal interference;

Environmental restrictions: Avoid long-term exposure to humid (relative humidity>85%) or corrosive environments to prevent sheath aging and shielding layer failure;

Replacement principle: ZYGO original cables should be used. Third party replacement cables may increase cyclic errors due to insufficient shielding performance (actual measurements can increase the error from 1nm to 5-8nm).
