Basic Parameters

Rated voltage: the working voltage range is 208V AC - 600V AC, compatible with 220V AC, 230V AC, 240V AC, 380V AC, 400V AC, 415V AC, 440V AC, 480V AC, 500V AC, 525V AC, etc., the rated insulation voltage is 600V.

Rated current: Rated current is 18A, under heavy load, such as 230V AC rated current is 12A.

Rated power: at 400V AC, the rated power is 7.5kW; at 500V AC, the rated power is 11kW. Under heavy load, the rated power is 3kW at 230V AC, 5.5kW at 400V AC and 7.5kW at 500V AC.

Control voltage: 24V DC.

Functional features

Various control functions: with soft start and soft stop functions, it can effectively reduce the starting current of the motor, reduce the impact on the power grid and prolong the service life of the motor. At the same time, it also has torque control function, which can accurately control the output torque of the motor according to the load condition.

Built-in bypass: Built-in bypass contactor can automatically bypass the soft starter after the motor is started, which reduces the power consumption and heat generation of the soft starter and improves the reliability and efficiency of the system.

HMI Setting Interface: Equipped with LCD screen and operation buttons, it is convenient for users to set parameters and monitor the operation status. Users can set start time, stop time, torque limit and other parameters through the HMI, and can also view the motor current, voltage, power and other operating data.

Perfect protection function: it has various protection functions such as overload protection, overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, phase loss protection, etc., which can timely detect and protect the motor and soft starter from fault damage. When a fault occurs, the soft starter will immediately cut off the power supply to the motor and prompt the user through the digital output signal or alarm indicator.

Digital and analogue inputs and outputs: it has 3 digital input interfaces, respectively for start, stop and reset signal input; 3 digital output interfaces, which can output fault signal, running signal and bypass signal; and 1 4-20mA analogue output interface, which is used for transmitting analogue signals, such as motor current, and is convenient for signal interaction and chain control with other equipments.

Applications

Industrial pump loads: applicable to various industrial pumps, such as centrifugal pumps, piston pumps, etc.. Through the soft start function, it can avoid the water hammer effect generated when the pump starts, reduce the impact on the pipeline system, and extend the service life of the pump and pipeline.

Compressor loads: for air compressors, refrigeration compressors and other loads, the soft starter can effectively reduce the starting current, reduce the interference to the power grid, but also can achieve smooth start and stop of the compressor, improve the operating efficiency and reliability of the compressor.

Conveyor belt loads: In short-distance conveyor belt systems, soft starters can control the starting and stopping speed of the motor, avoiding problems such as conveyor belt slippage or sudden changes in tension during start-up, and ensuring the smoothness and continuity of material transport.

Lift and escalator loads: it can provide smooth start and stop control for lift and escalator motors to improve passenger comfort, and at the same time, it can protect the motors and drive systems from the impact of frequent starting and stopping to extend the service life of the equipment.
