Functional characteristics
Power on delay: when the relay is powered on, the output contacts will not act immediately, but will change state only after a preset delay time to achieve delayed control of the circuit, which can be used to control the equipment in order to avoid the current impact caused by simultaneous startup.
Precisely adjustable time range: the time range is from 0.1s to 10s, which can meet many different delay requirements, and the delay time after power-on can be precisely adjusted according to the specific application scenarios and control requirements.
Technical Parameters
Rated control power supply voltage: 42-48V AC/DC, it can work stably in this voltage range and provide reliable power support for the normal operation of the relay.
Output contact: 1 changeover contact (1 c/o, SPDT), contact rated voltage and rated current and other parameters should be referred to the specific product manual to ensure the correct use and control of the appropriate load equipment.
Installation and use
Installation: DIN rail mounting, in line with relevant standards, flexible installation position, convenient layout and installation in different electrical control cabinets, saving installation space, and easy to combine with other electrical components.
Operation: Easy to operate, time setting adopts direct-reading scale, users can easily complete the time setting, fast forward adjustment, and there are 2 LED indicators, convenient to check the working status of the relay.
Application Areas
Industrial automation: In the process of industrial production, it can be used to control the starting and stopping time sequence of various equipments, such as the sequential starting of equipments at different stations in the automated production line, to ensure the smoothness and stability of the production process.

QAL3 monitoring is available as an option in the gas analyzer. It is used to fulfill the requirements according to EN 14181 for storage and analysis of device adjustment data. The QAL3 monitoring option features the following functions:

• Reporting via CUSUM and Shewhart control charts
• QAL3 data storage in the gas analyzer (maximum 1 year)
• QAL3 data display and read-out as well as parameter setting via web browser
• Status messages on deviations beyond requirements
• Data export for further processing with spreadsheet programs
