Superior Display Performance for Clear Operator Interface

High-resolution colour touch screen: The CP6415 features a 15-inch TFT touch screen with a high resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels and 64K colours. In complex industrial environments, whether it is to view the detailed parameters of equipment operation or to monitor the dynamic images of the production process, the high-resolution screen can clearly display all kinds of information, helping operators to quickly obtain key data and make accurate decisions. 

For example, in the automated production line monitoring scenario of automobile manufacturing, the layout of the production line, the status of the equipment, and the production progress of the product are presented in an intuitive and clear way on the screen of the CP6415, so that the operator can easily identify the operating status of the equipment, discover potential problems in time, and ensure the efficient operation of the production line. 


Sensitive Touch Interaction Experience: The control panel adopts resistive touch technology with high touch sensitivity and accuracy. The operator only needs to gently touch the screen to quickly complete all kinds of operating instructions, such as starting or stopping the equipment, adjusting the operating parameters of the equipment, switching production modes, and so on. Compared with the traditional key operation, touch interaction is more convenient, intuitive, and greatly improves the operational efficiency. Adequate memory and processing power: The built-in 150000kb high-capacity memory provides a solid guarantee for system operation and data processing. In industrial automation scenarios, the control panel needs to process real-time data from multiple devices and run complex control programs at the same time. CP6415 can quickly respond to all kinds of operating commands and efficiently store and analyse data with its powerful memory and processing power. In large-scale chemical production enterprises, data from many reactors, pumps, valves and other equipment is constantly transmitted to the control panel, and the CP6415 can process the data in real time and accurately control the operation of the equipment to ensure the safety and stability of the chemical production process. 


Abundant hardware interfaces: In order to meet the needs of connecting with various types of industrial equipment, CP6415 provides a variety of hardware interfaces. It is equipped with 2 industrial Ethernet interfaces for high-speed and stable data communication, which is convenient for data interaction with the upper control system and other intelligent devices; 2 USB interfaces for connecting external storage devices, which is convenient for data import and export, such as backing up the equipment operation data records to a USB flash drive or reading the updated control program from the USB flash drive; in addition, there is also 1 other type of interface, which can be used flexibly according to specific application scenarios.
