The GE Turbine Control Board DS3800HACB has 11 jumpers for board configuration and a single 20-pin connector. The GE Turbine Control Board is designed with features that make installation and removal of the board simple.
The board is put into the interior of the drive's board rack. The bottom of the board's modular connectors automatically lines with the drive's connectors, forming a secure connection. On the top of the board are retention levers that secure the board in the rack. After the board is placed, you can connect a 20-pin ribbon cable to one of the 20-pin connectors on the top edge of the board. When you're ready to remove the board, unplug the 20-pin ribbon wire and move it out of the way.
When the ribbon cable is linked to the board, avoid tugging on it. This can damage the connector and cause the wires to be disconnected from the connector on the ribbon cable's end. The 11 jumpers are useful for customizing the board to meet your needs. Each of the jumpers has a unique identification number. RST1, RST2, FRZ1, and WRD3 are some of the jumper IDs. Use the same jumper settings on the replacement board as you did on the old board when replacing it.
