Wide voltage input (24V DC to 380V AC) is suitable for different industrial power supply scenarios, with a working temperature range of -40 ℃~85 ℃ that can cover extreme cold and high temperature environments. The IP67 protection level allows it to be directly installed outdoors or in humid environments.


Working principle

DTCC901B achieves precise control and protection through a closed-loop mechanism of "acquisition operation execution feedback":

Signal acquisition stage: Equipped with high-precision temperature sensors or receiving external probe signals, converting analog signals into digital signals through A/D conversion, and filtering electromagnetic noise through anti-interference algorithms;

Logic operation stage: The core processor compares the collected values with the set threshold. If the temperature deviates from the set range, PID regulation is initiated. If the device parameters exceed the limit, protection logic (alarm or trip) is triggered;

Execution and feedback stage: The actuator (such as a regulating valve) is driven by a 4-20mA signal to adjust the temperature, and the operating status and fault information are uploaded to the upper computer through a communication interface, supporting local/remote dual monitoring.


Installation and usage precautions

Installation specifications

Must be operated by a certified electrician, and the power must be disconnected before installation; Strictly distinguish between L+and M terminals when wiring to avoid short circuit damage to the power supply or module. Communication cables need to be fixed in cable trays to prevent signal interruption; The installation location should be far away from strong electromagnetic sources (such as frequency converters), ensuring that the grounding resistance is ≤ 4 Ω.

Debugging points

Before the first operation, it is necessary to configure protection parameters (such as trip delay and reset mode) through software. It is recommended to choose the "local and remote reset" mode to enhance operational flexibility; The temperature control parameters need to be calibrated according to the load characteristics of the PID parameters to avoid overshoot or oscillation.

Maintenance guidelines

Check the tightness of wiring terminals and module heat dissipation every month, and update the operation log through the upper computer every quarter; When a fault alarm occurs, it is necessary to first check the sensors and actuators, and then inspect the module hardware. It is forbidden to plug and unplug non hot swappable interfaces with power on.
