Product Overview
The DS200CPCAG1ABB Contactor Guide Card is a specialised guide card designed by GE General Electric for contactor control. It is equipped with multiple connectors and terminal boards for connecting signal lines and power supply for precise contactor control.
Main features
Connectors and terminal boards:
Equipped with one 12-pin connector and two 2-pin connectors to provide a wealth of connection options.
Four terminal blocks can connect up to twelve signal lines to meet complex control requirements.
Relay:
A 24VDC 15A socket power relay is fitted to control the switching of the contactor.
The relay has internal moving parts and careful consideration is required when installing it to avoid striking metal structures or other parts inside the transmission.
Mounting and Connections:
When installing, it is necessary to make sure that the main board can clearly see inside the cabinet, and slowly insert the main board, align it with the screws on the frame and fix it.
To connect the wires, you need to open the screws on the terminal board, insert the wires into the corresponding terminals and tighten the terminal screws with your other hand.
For the connector part, the cable needs to be inserted into the corresponding connector and pressed in gently to ensure complete seating.
