DESCRIPTION

The IS220PVIBH1A model was designed as a Vibration Monitor Pack. The main function of the PVIB pack is to provide an electrical interfacing function between up to two I/O Ethernet networks and a vibration terminal board. The main components of this pack are the main processor board which is used with a majority of the MK VIe distributed I/O packs as well as a daughterboard and an acquisition board. 

There are thirteen channels on this pack which are used for collecting and reading proximity and vibration information through several sensor types which are as follows:

Functional Features

Data acquisition and monitoring:

Capable of real-time acquisition of operating parameters of the combustion engine system, such as temperature, pressure, rotational speed and so on.

These parameters are monitored and recorded to provide data support for system operation analysis and fault diagnosis.

Control function:

With the ability to control the combustion engine system, it can regulate and operate according to the preset control logic and parameters.

Ensure that the combustion engine system can operate stably under various working conditions, and improve the reliability and safety of the system.

Communication interface:

Equipped with communication interface, it can exchange data and communicate with other equipment or control system.

It supports a variety of communication protocols, such as Ethernet, Modbus, etc., which is convenient for system integration and remote monitoring.

Safety Protection:

Built-in safety protection function, able to monitor the abnormal state of the combustion engine system.

When abnormal conditions are found, protection measures can be taken automatically to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.

Real-time and flexibility:

Real-time performance, able to quickly respond to changes in the combustion turbine system and control instructions.

With flexible configuration options, it can be customised according to different application needs to meet the requirements of specific engineering projects.

Remote monitoring and control:

Supports remote monitoring and control functions, which can remotely monitor and operate the combustion turbine system through the network.

Realise remote fault diagnosis and maintenance, improve system maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
