Working principle

The YASKAWA JANCD-MCP01 multi communication interface module serves as the core communication hub of industrial automation systems, and its working principle is based on the full process communication control logic of "protocol parsing data conversion multi-directional transmission status monitoring fault switching". Firstly, the module receives heterogeneous protocol data from different devices (upper computer, PLC, field instruments, etc.) through various communication interfaces; Subsequently, the internal high-performance communication processor performs protocol parsing and standardization conversion on the received data, unifying data in different formats into a standard communication protocol format; Next, according to the preset communication rules, standardized data is transmitted to the target device through the corresponding interface to achieve transparent data exchange between devices with different protocols; At the same time, the module monitors the connection status, data transmission rate, bit error rate and other key parameters of each communication link in real time, and feeds back the status data to the control center; In addition, the internal fault diagnosis circuit continuously monitors the operating status.
