-High precision positioning and compensation: The positioning accuracy reaches ± 10~15 ", with built-in backlight compensation function (adjustable from 0.0~9.9mm), which can effectively offset the influence of mechanical transmission clearance and improve the positioning accuracy and motion stability of the system.

-Fast dynamic response: Adopting advanced servo control algorithms, the output frequency response is fast, which can quickly track the instructions of the upper controller, reduce dynamic response delay, and adapt to dynamic control requirements such as high-speed start stop and fast positioning.

-Comprehensive protection and alarm: integrating multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and overload. When abnormal working conditions are detected, the drive circuit can be quickly cut off, and an alarm signal can be output to ensure the safety of the control unit and servo motor; The fault status is clear and traceable, making it easy to quickly locate the fault.

-Strong environmental adaptability and reliability: Adopting industrial grade high specification components and reinforced structural design, it can work stably for a long time in a wide temperature range of -10 ℃~+50 ℃ and high humidity environment, with excellent anti vibration ability and adaptability to complex industrial site environments.

-Convenient integration and adaptation: Standardized installation interfaces and control signal interfaces can seamlessly adapt to Yaskawa series servo motors and various upper level controllers (PLC, CNC systems), with high integration efficiency; Support incremental/absolute encoder integration to enhance scene adaptation flexibility.

Working principle

The core of YASKAWA JUSP-WS15AB is based on the working logic of "instruction reception mode analysis drive output position feedback closed-loop regulation". As the core driving and control unit of the servo control system, its core function is to convert the motion control instructions of the upper controller into the driving signals of the servo motor, and at the same time, achieve closed-loop control of the motion state through encoder signal acquisition to ensure the precise operation of the servo motor.

The specific workflow is as follows: Firstly, according to the job requirements, the control mode (position/speed/torque) and related parameters (target position, operating speed, output torque, etc.) are set through the upper controller, and the control instructions are transmitted to the control signal input terminal of YASKAWA JUSP-WS15AB; The internal signal processing module of the control unit parses the received instructions, generates corresponding driving signals based on preset parameters, and transmits them to the servo motor through the power output terminal. The driving motor operates according to the instruction requirements; At the same time, the encoder matched with the servo motor feeds back real-time motion status signals (position, speed, A/B/Z phase) to the encoder interface of the control unit; The control unit collects and analyzes feedback signals, compares them in real-time with the target instructions of the upper controller, and dynamically adjusts the output drive signal through closed-loop control algorithms to ensure that the motor's operating status is consistent with the target instructions; Throughout the entire work process, the built-in protection monitoring module of the control unit continuously monitors the input power supply, output current, unit temperature rise, and motor operating status. When abnormal working conditions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and overload are detected, the power output circuit is immediately cut off, and a fault signal is sent out through the alarm output interface to remind the operation and maintenance personnel to handle them in a timely manner; In addition, the enhanced anti-interference design of the control unit ensures stable transmission of control signals and feedback signals in the strong electromagnetic environment of industrial sites, avoiding signal distortion and motion control deviation, and ensuring the precise operation of the system.
