KOLLMORGEN AKM54K-ACCN2-00 synchronous servo motor
The KOLLMORGEN AKM54K-ACCN2-00 synchronous servo motor is one of the many motors offered by Kollmorgen in the AKM series. The servo motor is equipped with a keyway shaft. The mounted key should be removed from the shaft before allowing the device to operate separately. The surface of the motor can become very hot during use, and the temperature can reach more than 100°C, so it must be allowed to cool below 40°C before contact. The product has passed CE certification and cUL certification. Unplugging the power connection from the device while it is powered on May cause flashover and damage the contact.
The AKM54K-ACCN2-00 is equipped with a swivel Angle connector for power connections. The device is used for installation in a motor or equipment. The motor can withstand 5% to 95% relative humidity without condensation during transportation and storage. It should be transported using the manufacturer's recyclable and original packaging materials. The winding resistance of the device is 1.08 ohms and the winding inductance is 6.2mH. The product is rated at 2.39kW at 230VDC. The device must be installed at a height of 1.000 meters above sea level.
Synchronous motors do not use holding brakes. Motors should only be cleaned and maintained by qualified personnel. When the shell becomes dirty, it must be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or a similar agent. The ball bearing is equipped with grease packing and has a normal life of 20.000 hours. They must be replaced after this period. Products can be stored indefinitely when not in use. Matte black enamel finishes are not resistant to solvents such as nitro diluents and trichloroethylene. It is used with the corresponding Kollmorgen servo amplifier.
