Functionality

Signal parameters
Input signal range: It can receive various forms of input signals, such as 0 - 10V analog voltage signals, 4 - 20mA analog current signals or digital signals (e.g. TTL level or CMOS level), and the resolution and accuracy of the input signals can meet the requirements of precise control.
Output signal range: the output signal is used to control hydraulic servo valves and other equipment, the output signal range depends on the connected hydraulic equipment and control requirements, such as the output current signal can be adjusted within a certain range of hydraulic servo valve opening.
Signal processing speed: signal processing speed is faster to meet the requirements of real-time control of the hydraulic system, general signal processing and conversion delay in the milliseconds range.
Hydraulic parameters
Maximum working pressure: able to adapt to higher hydraulic working pressure, the specific value varies according to the module model, generally up to tens of MPa, enough to cope with most of the pressure requirements of industrial hydraulic systems.
Flow control range: a wide range of flow control, can accurately control the hydraulic fluid from a small flow to a larger flow, in order to meet the needs of hydraulic actuators of different sizes and work requirements.
Physical Characteristics
Size and Mounting
The compact size of the module is designed for easy installation in control cabinets or near hydraulic equipment. Standard mounting methods, such as rail mounting or bracket mounting, are often used to facilitate installation and layout at industrial sites.
For example, in the control cabinet of an automated hydraulic press, the NHSS01 module can be mounted on rails inside the control cabinet adjacent to other control and power modules for easy wiring and maintenance.
Interface Types
A wide range of interfaces is available, including communication interfaces for connection to the control system (e.g. RJ45 interface for Ethernet communication, DB9 interface for serial communication), interfaces for connection to the hydraulic equipment (e.g. hydraulic pipe interface for connection to hydraulic pumps, hydraulic actuators and hydraulic servo valves) and interfaces for connection to the sensors (e.g. screw terminal interfaces for connection to the signal lines of the pressure sensors and position sensors).
