It adopts shielding design (e.g. shield wrapping the wire core), which can reduce the influence of electromagnetic interference on the signal and ensure the accuracy and stability of the signal. For example, in some industrial places with complex electromagnetic environments, such as motor-intensive workshops, this shielding design can prevent the electromagnetic interference generated by motors from affecting signal transmission, thus ensuring the normal operation of the control system.

Connection compatibility

Adaptation to specific interfaces: The cable's plugs and sockets are designed to match ABB's specific I/O module and terminal unit interfaces, ensuring a tight and reliable connection. Plug and socket specifications: Plug and socket sizes and pin definitions are specific to ABB equipment. For example, plugs may have a rectangular multi-pin design, with the number and arrangement of pins corresponding exactly to the interfaces of the I/O modules and terminal units, to ensure correct signal connections.

Environmental parameters

Humidity range: the relative humidity range is usually 5% - 95% (non-condensing), which allows stable operation in humid environments and avoids performance degradation or failure due to humidity changes.

Protection level: With a certain protection level, such as IP40 or higher, it can prevent solid objects with a diameter greater than 1mm from entering and is waterproof to a certain extent, protecting the internal core and signal transmission from the external environment.
