Basic Information

Functional features
Signal output function: It is mainly used to receive control signals from control systems such as PLC, DCS, etc., and convert them into suitable signals to be output to external devices, such as motors, solenoid valves, relays, etc., so as to realise the control of industrial field devices, and the type of the output signals is usually digital signals, which can meet the switching and controlling requirements of most industrial devices.
Electrical isolation function: the internal electrical isolation measures, generally using photoelectric isolation technology, the input side and output side of the electrical circuit can be effectively isolated to prevent external interference signals into the control system, but also to avoid the control system within the failure of the external equipment, improve the stability and reliability of the entire system.
Fault diagnosis function: some models may have a fault diagnosis function, which can monitor the working status of the output channel in real time, such as whether the output signal is normal or not, whether there is a short circuit, open circuit and other faults, and feedback the fault information to the control system, so as to find and deal with the faults in a timely manner, reducing equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
Technical parameters
Number of output channels: usually has more than one output channel, common 8-channel, 16-channel and other different specifications, can be selected according to the actual application requirements, in order to meet the different scales of industrial control systems output control requirements.
Output current and voltage: the output current is generally between 0.5A and 2A per channel, and the output voltage range is usually 24V DC to 230V AC, which can be adapted to the power supply requirements of different types and powers of external devices.
Response time: the response time of the output signals is short, generally at the millisecond level, which can quickly transfer the instructions of the control system to the external equipment to ensure rapid response and precise control of industrial equipment.

Industrial automated production line: In automated production lines of automobile manufacturing, electronic equipment production, food processing and other industries, it is used to control the start-stop and operation state switching of various production equipments, such as controlling motors on automated conveyor belts, solenoid valves of robotic arms, and relays of packaging equipments, etc., so as to realise automated operation of the production line and high efficiency production.
