Features

Multi-channel universal input: with 16 universal analogue input channels, it can accept various types of sensor signals, such as 0-10V, ±10V voltage signals and 4-20mA current signals, etc., which can meet the diversified needs of different industrial sites.

Compact design and space-saving: small external dimensions, usually 178mm x 25mm x 178mm, occupies a small space in the control cabinet, which is convenient for the layout and installation of the system, especially suitable for industrial control cabinets with limited space.

Convenient installation: standardised installation methods and interfaces simplify the wiring and connection process with on-site sensors and control systems, which reduces installation time and costs and improves work efficiency.

Powerful signal conditioning function: with signal scaling, filtering and other functions, it is able to optimise the processing of the input analogue signals, improve the signal quality and ensure that the system obtains accurate and reliable measurement data. It also has the function of break before pass, which can avoid the occurrence of abnormal situations such as signal short circuit during the signal switching process.

Ruggedness and durability: Adopting high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing process, it has good mechanical strength and stability, and is able to withstand harsh industrial environments, such as the temperature range of - 40°C to + 70°C, and can work stably in high temperature, low temperature, humidity, vibration and other complex environmental conditions.

Technical Parameters

Number of input channels: 16.

Input signal types: including voltage signals 0-10V, ±10V, current signals 4-20mA, as well as three-wire RTD, -100 to 100mV, thermocouple inputs and so on.

Power requirements: usually 24V DC, operating current less than 50mA.

Isolation performance: good electrical isolation characteristics, can effectively prevent the field interference signal into the control system, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.

Application Scenario

Industrial process control: In the production process of chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power and other industries, it is used to connect temperature sensors, pressure sensors, flow sensors and other types of analogue sensors, and transmit the analogue signals collected on the site to the control system to achieve real-time monitoring and precise control of temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level and other parameters in the production process.

Factory automation: In the automated production line, it can be used in conjunction with various automation equipments such as PLC, DCS system, etc. The analogue input signals from different equipments are processed and converted centrally to provide accurate on-site data for the automation control system to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the production line.

Intelligent Building Automation: In the air-conditioning system, lighting system, water supply and drainage system of the building, it is used to connect temperature sensors, humidity sensors, light sensors, etc., to realise automatic monitoring and intelligent control of environmental parameters in the building, and to improve the building's energy efficiency and comfort.

Data Acquisition System: As the front-end equipment of the data acquisition system, it can collect and pre-process the analogue signals from multiple sensors, and then transmit them to the data acquisition card or computer for further analysis and processing, which is widely used in the fields of scientific research experiments, environmental monitoring, equipment fault diagnosis and so on.
