Features

Multi-channel processing capability: it can process up to 16 analogue input signals and 16 analogue output signals at the same time, which can meet the demand for centralized processing and control of a large number of analogue signals in a complex industrial control system, effectively reduce the number of terminal units in the system, and simplify the system structure and wiring.

Signal isolation and anti-interference: It provides isolation between PLC and field equipment, effectively preventing the electrical interference of field equipment from being transmitted to PLC and protecting the normal operation of PLC; at the same time, its internal signal conditioning circuit is able to amplify, filter and other processing of signals to further improve the signal quality and ensure the accuracy and stability of data transmission.

High-precision Signal Processing: With high signal processing accuracy of 0.1% of full scale and 12-bit resolution, it can accurately process all kinds of weak analogue signals and meet the requirements for high-precision measurement and control of temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters in industrial processes.

Compact design and easy to install: compact structure, small size, saving the installation space in the control cabinet; screw terminal connection method, convenient for field equipment wiring and connection, improve the installation efficiency, reduce the installation cost and difficulty.

Technical Parameters

Input voltage range: usually ±10V, 0 to 20mA, etc., can be adapted to a variety of types of analogue sensor output signals.

Output voltage range: generally ±10V, 0 to 20mA, etc., which can provide suitable analogue control signals for subsequent actuators or other devices.

Input impedance: about 10MΩ, higher input impedance can reduce the load effect on the sensor output signal, to ensure that the sensor can work properly and accurately output signal.

Output impedance: usually about 100Ω, the appropriate output impedance can ensure the driving ability and transmission efficiency of the output signal, to ensure that the signal can be accurately transmitted to the receiving equipment.

Application Scenarios

Industrial automated production line: In the automated production line of chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, electric power and other industries, it can be used to connect temperature sensors, pressure sensors, flowmeters, regulating valves and other equipment, to achieve accurate measurement and control of temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters in the production process, to ensure stable operation of the production line and consistency of product quality.

Process control system: in petrochemical, water treatment, paper making and other process industries, as a centralised analogue signal processing and conversion unit, it transmits the signals from various analogue instruments on site to the control system, and accurately outputs the control signals of the control system to the on-site actuators, so as to realise the automated control of the production process and optimised management.

Energy management system: in the power system, heat system and other energy supply and management system, it is used to connect the power transmitter, power factor meter, temperature sensor, flow sensor and other equipment, real-time collection and processing of various parameters in the energy system, to provide data support and control means for the reasonable distribution of energy, energy saving and emission reduction.
