The mechanical structure has undergone fatigue testing and can withstand over 1 million rated load cycles, with an MTBF (mean time between failures) exceeding 100000 hours.

3. Convenience of system integration

Standardized 4-wire output interface, which can be connected to weighing transmitters, PLCs, and communication modules without the need for dedicated adapters, simplifying the wiring process.

Supporting parallel use of multiple sensors, signal aggregation and remote transmission are achieved through ABB CI858-1 module, suitable for multi-sensor scenarios such as large material tanks and platform scales.
