Basic Information

Functionality

Power access and distribution

Provides a convenient power access point that can accommodate many common power types, including alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) power. For example, it can access 110V AC or 220V AC mains power, and can also handle a specific range of DC power, such as 24V DC or 48V DC. Through internal circuit design, the accessed power is reasonably distributed to each output branch to provide a stable power supply to different equipment modules, ensuring that each module receives the appropriate operating voltage and current.

Protection Mechanisms

A variety of power protection functions are integrated. Overcurrent protection is one of its important functions. When the current in an output branch exceeds the preset safety threshold, the power access panel is able to quickly cut off the power supply to that branch, preventing the equipment from being damaged by excessive current. For example, in the case of connecting multiple electronic devices, if one of the devices has a short-circuit fault, the over-current protection function will start immediately to avoid the fault affecting other normal devices. It also has an over-voltage protection function, which protects downstream equipment from damage caused by high voltage when the input power supply voltage is abnormally high.

Filtering Function

The built-in filter circuit is used to filter the input power supply. In the actual electrical environment, the power supply is often mixed with various interference signals, such as high-frequency noise. The filter circuit can effectively remove these interfering signals and output a relatively pure power supply. This is very important for electronic equipment with high power quality requirements, such as precision instruments, communication equipment, etc., to help improve the stability and reliability of the equipment.

Electrical Isolation Performance

Good electrical isolation is provided between inputs and outputs and between different output branches. The isolation voltage is generally between 1000V - 2500V. This isolation can effectively prevent electrical faults from propagating between different circuits and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
