1. Processing performance

High-speed Processing Core: The UR6TH is equipped with a high-performance digital signal processing core that is capable of performing complex mathematical operations at extremely fast speeds. Processing speeds of up to billions of operations per second (depending on the model) make it possible to process a large number of digital signals from sensors, communication links, etc. in real time. In high-speed data acquisition systems, for example, it can quickly process and analyse huge amounts of data from multiple sensors, ensuring that equipment can respond quickly to external changes. 

Large memory capacity: The module has ample built-in memory, including programme memory and data memory. The programme memory is used to store complex signal processing algorithms and control logic, while the data memory is responsible for caching real-time input and output data. The large memory capacity ensures that the UR6TH does not suffer from performance bottlenecks when processing large-scale data and complex algorithms, and can smoothly run various industrial applications. 

2. Input/Output Interface

Digital Input Interface: With multiple digital input channels, UR6TH is compatible with a wide range of digital signal formats. These input channels can be directly connected to signals from sensors, encoders, switches, etc., and quickly and accurately convert external physical states into digital signals for the processor to analyse. For example, in an automated production line, signals from position sensors can be received to accurately locate the position of machine parts. 

Digital output interface: Accordingly, it is equipped with multiple digital output channels, which can output processed digital signals for controlling various types of actuators, relays, drives and other devices. For example, according to the results of the processed signals, the speed and direction of the motor can be controlled, or the degree of opening and closing of the valve can be controlled, so as to realise the precise control of industrial processes.
