GE ds200tccag1b Analog I/O Module

GE ds200tccag1b Analog I/O Module

Part Number ds200tccag1b Manufacturer General Electric Country of Manufacture As Per GE Manufacturing Policy Series Mark V Function Module Availability In StockDS200TCCAG1B is a Common Analog I/O Board developed by GE under Mark V series. The CTBA, TBQA, and TBCA terminal boards positioned in the R5 core send analog signals to the Common Analog I/O Board (TCCA), which is situated in the R5 core. 420 mA inputs and outputs, RTD inputs, thermocouple inputs, shaft voltage inputs, and shaft current inputs are some of the signals that make up this group. Through the 3PL connector, the signals are written to the STCA board. DS200TCCAG1B Configuration Hardware On the board, there are three hardware jumpers labeled J1, JP2, and JP3.

The serial RS232 port can be enabled or disabled using J1. For card testing, the oscillator is turned off using JP2. For factory testing, JP3 is used. Software The HMI's I/O Configuration Editor is where the settings for the thermocouples, RTDs, mA inputs and outputs, and shaft voltage and current are entered. 4-20 mA TCCA Input Circuit The circuitry for the 4-20 mA input signals is provided by the board. Through the JBB connector, the signals are read from the CTBA terminal board. The voltage drop is measured by the board and written to the I/O Engine via the 3PL connector as the transducer current is reduced across a burden resistor. 4-20 mA Output Circuit for TCCA The circuitry for driving 420 mA outputs to the CTBA terminal board via the JAA connector is provided by the board. Typically, these signals are utilized to power distant instruments for monitoring.

RTD Circuit TCCA The circuitry that draws excitation for the RTDs from the TBCA terminal board. When the temperature varies, the resistance changes, causing the voltage on the RTD to change. A constant current is fed through the RTD. The voltage signal is measured, scaled, and adjusted by the board. The board reads the RTD signals from the TBCA terminal board via the JCC and JDD connectors. The 3PL connector is used to transmit the signals to the I/O Engine. I/O configuration constants are used to choose the kind of RTD. DS200TCCAG1B Thermocouple Circuit The TBQA terminal board reads the thermocouple inputs. The cold junction circuitry on the TBQA terminal board produces the cold junction signals.

It computes the cold junction compensation using these variables. The actual temperature read by the thermocouple is determined using the thermocouple input and compensation value. Through the 3PL connector, the I/O Engine reads the value. I/O configuration constants are used to choose the types and curves of thermocouples. Shaft Monitoring The board is in charge of monitoring the voltage and current of the turbine shaft. The JBB connector is used to read these signals from the CTBA terminal board.

Through the 3PL connector, the signals are written to the I/O Engine.DS200TCCAG1B (GE I/O TC2000 Analog Board) features one 80196 microprocessor, multiple PROM modules, one LED and two 5-pin connectors. From the side view of DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series), you can see the LED. JCC and JDD are the ID?s for the 50-pin connectors.A programmable logic device and 3 jumpers also occupy DS200TCCAG1B (GE I/O TC2000 Analog Board). Usually a site will install a replacement that is just like the original DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series) when you replace DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series).

The drive will function the same as before, prior to the replacement DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series). What enables DS200TCCAG1B (GE I/O TC2000 Analog Board) to perform the same? The jumpers from the ?defective? DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series) can be set the same on the new DS200TCCAG1B board. The configuration will be identical and offer the same processing.?In order to have correct jumper placement, remove the defective DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series) and place it on a clean, level surface.

Next you?ll have to remove the replacement DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series) from the static protective bag and put it next to the defective DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series) on a flattened static protective bag. Be sure to wear a wrist strap when examining the jumpers on the defective DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series), then correct the new DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series) board. From the extensive product testing, all versions of DS200TCCAG1B (Mark V series) are compatible to the drive so it will process the same when installed in the drive.
