GE ds200tcrag2a Relay Output Board

GE ds200tcrag2a Relay Output Board

Part Number ds200tcrag2a Manufacturer General Electric Country of Manufacture As Per GE Manufacturing Policy Series Mark VI/VIe Function Module Availability In StockDS200TCRAG2A is a Relay Output Board manufactured by General Electric as part of the Mark V LM series used in gas turbine control systems. K1 through K30 relays are housed on the Relay Output Board (TCRA), which is part of the digital cores. In every digital IO core, there are two of these boards. Only four relays are present on the TCRA board in core location 4 and they are linked to the TCQE using the JO connector. In some applications, these relays are employed to activate the blow-off valves on gas manifolds. The entire complement of 30 relays is present in all other TCRAs. It is possible to arrange the first 18 relays on TCRA at location 4 to act as a power source for solenoids.

This configuration is also possible for the TCRA board's initial 16 relays, which are located in location 5 of both the cores. Hardware jumpers on the DTBC and DTBD terminal boards are used to do this. On the TCRA board, position 5 of any or both of the power connections J19 and J20 can be used to wet- ted two extra contact outputs (#47 and #48). The DTBD board in one of the cores receives 120/240 V ac power through connectors J19 and J20 from the core. Usually, ignition transformers employ these signals. In the digital cores, the TCDA boards write the signals that instruct the relays to open or close to the TCRA boards.

The TCQE board in the core is where the signals for the TCRA board in position four come from. You cannot configure the first 18 solenoid outputs to function as solenoid power sources. TCRA CONNECTIONS: JO - Writes the signals for Q11, Q21, and Q51 from the TCDA board to the TCRA board in location five. writes the TCDA board's signals to the TCRA board at position 4 of the Q21 and Q51 cores. controls the gas manifold blow-off valve by writing the signals from the TCQE board in the "R1" core to the "Q11" core's TCRA board at location four. JS1 - Relay outputs from the TCRA are connected to the DTBC/D terminal board. JS2 - Relay outputs from the TCRA are connected to the DTBC/D terminal board. JS3 - Relay outputs from the TCRA are connected to the DTBC/D terminal board. JS4 - Relay outputs from the TCRA are connected to the DTBC/D terminal board.

JS5 - Relay outputs from the TCRA are connected to the DTBC/D terminal board. JS6 - Relay outputs from the TCRA are connected to the DTBC/D terminal board. JS7 - Relay outputs from the TCRA are connected to the DTBC/D terminal board. JS8 - Relay outputs from the TCRA are connected to the DTBC/D terminal board. JOR/S/T - Not commonly used. TCRA CONFIGURATION: HARDWARE: The hardware configuration for the DTBC and DTBD terminal boards, which powers the relays or converts them to solenoids, takes place at the terminal board level. SOFTWARE: The TCRA board has not been configured with any software.

TCRA CONTACT OUTPUT CIRCUITS: Signals from the CSP are used to control the relays on the TCRA boards, which are then relayed to the STCA board through COREBUS and the IO Engines. The TCDA boards receive the signals from the STCA boards via the IONET after reading them. The instruction signals are then written by the TCDA board via the JO connector to energize the relays. The JS1 through JS8 connectors are used to connect the relay (open/close) to the DTBC and DTBD terminal boards.

ABOUT THE ds200tcrag2a

General Electric model DS200TCRAG2A is part of the Mark V series, as mentioned above. The Mark V Series is a now-discontinued legacy series released by the trusted retailer General Electric that has specific applications in the internal assemblies of gas, steam, and wind turbine control and management systems. While a legacy series no longer catively produced by the manufacturer, the Mark V Turbine Control System Series is one of the newer General Electric product lines to feature the patented Speedtronic technology in its assembly, which was first introduced alongside the rollout of the first Mark I Series of General Electric printed circuit boards and other Mark system drive assembly components. While certainly generally definable as a GE printed circuit board, this DS200TCRAG2A PCB is better-definable as a Relay Output Board, the original functional product description it is referred to as in Mark V Series instructional manual documentation. The original Relay Output Board developed for the Mark V Turbine Control System Series is the DS200TCRAG2 parent PCB missing this DS200TCRAG2A product's A-rated functional product revision.

Hardware Tips and Specifications

This model was designed by General Electric as a Relay Output terminal board that operates in the Q11 and Q51 cores; there are two TCRA models within each I/O core. When the model has been mounted within the cores, it will be connected to the TCQE model through the JO connectors on the TCRA board. When the model is in the Q11 core, there are only four relays; the four relays are primarily used to operate the gas manifold blow-off valves in some applications. When the DS200TCRAG2A model has been mounted in the Q51 core, the first eighteen relays on the model will be configured to provide a power source to operate the solenoid outputs. To configure the relays, it will be done through the hardware jumpers on the DTBD and DTBC terminal boards connected alongside the TCRA board. While the TCRA model has a number of hardware configurations that are used to configure the model to the user's specifications, the model does not contain any software configurations. It should be noted that while this DS200TCRAG2A printed circuit board is offered alongside customization strategies encouraged by customizable hardware, the customizable hardware in question is not present in the assembly of this DS200TCRAG2A Relay Output Board itself; existing in the configurations of the related Mark V Series DTBC and DTBD terminal board products.

There are several connectors available on the DS200TCRAG2A model; some of them are as follows, JS5, JS6, JS7, and JS8. All of these connectors are used to connect relay outputs from this model to the DTBC or DTBD boards. When the TCRA model is used in the Q11 core, it will not be connected to the DTBC models. There are also the JOR/S/T connectors, but typically these connectors are not used by the TCRA model. All of the other connectors and their functions are listed in the fourth chapter of the GEH-6153 Instruction Guide, embedded above in the manuals tab. The DS200TCRAG2A functional product number itself reveals a litany of other DS200TCRAG2A board-specific hardware components and component specifications, as it was developed to serve this purpose by General Electric. Some of the information revealed through use of this DS200TCRAG2A functional product number includes this DS200TCRAG2A board's:
