1. Multi type signal acquisition capability

The core function of FBM207B module is to achieve precise monitoring of voltage signals and reliable acquisition of contact induction signals. In terms of voltage monitoring, the module supports multiple ranges of DC voltage signal input, which can adapt to common low and medium voltage monitoring scenarios in industrial sites and meet the voltage parameter acquisition needs of different devices; In terms of contact sensing input, the module can effectively recognize the signal status of contact sensors, such as the on/off of mechanical contacts, trigger signals of induction switches, etc., to achieve real-time capture of key information such as equipment operating status and material position.

2. High precision signal processing

The module is equipped with high-precision signal conditioning circuits and A/D conversion chips, which can perform noise reduction, amplification, and other processing on the collected analog voltage signals to ensure the accuracy and stability of signal conversion. Its voltage measurement accuracy can reach 0.1% FS (full range) level, effectively avoiding monitoring errors caused by signal distortion and providing strong support for precise control of the production process. At the same time, the module has good anti-interference ability for contact induction signals, which can effectively distinguish between effective signals and interference signals, ensuring the accuracy of switch state recognition.

3. Efficient communication and data transmission

The FBM207B module adopts FOXBORO's dedicated communication protocol and can communicate with the I/A Series ® The controller of the control system realizes high-speed data exchange. The on-site signals collected by the module will be transmitted in real time to the controller, which will perform arithmetic processing according to the preset control logic and issue control instructions in a timely manner. 4. Comprehensive self diagnosis and protection functions
