This module adopts Fuji's advanced variable frequency control algorithm, which can automatically adjust the output voltage and frequency according to changes in motor load, avoiding energy waste of the motor under light load. Especially in variable load scenarios such as fans and pumps, compared to traditional constant speed drive methods, more than 30% energy-saving effects can be achieved, and long-term operation can significantly reduce the power consumption cost of enterprises. At the same time, low loss power devices are used inside the module, resulting in low energy consumption and further improving the overall energy utilization efficiency of the system.

2. Precise control to improve equipment accuracy

Supporting sensorless vector control mode, high-precision control of motor torque and speed can be achieved without the need for additional encoder installation. The speed control accuracy can reach ± 0.5% of the rated speed, with fast torque response speed and the ability to quickly adapt to dynamic changes in load. In scenarios where high control accuracy is required for machine tool feed and precision conveying, it can effectively improve the machining accuracy and operational stability of the equipment, and reduce product errors.

3. Comprehensive protection functions to ensure system security

The module is equipped with multiple security protection mechanisms to ensure the safe operation of the drive system and load devices in all aspects. The main protection functions include:

-Overcurrent protection: When the output current exceeds a certain range of the rated value, the module immediately cuts off the output to avoid damage to power devices;

-Overvoltage/undervoltage protection: monitors input voltage, triggers protection when voltage fluctuates abnormally, and prevents motor damage due to voltage issues;

-Overload protection: Determine the overload status based on the load situation and promptly stop the machine for protection;

-Overheating protection: The module is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor, which automatically reduces the rating or shuts down when the temperature exceeds the threshold to avoid overheating damage;

-Motor stalling protection: When the motor stalls, quickly cut off the output to prevent the motor from burning out.

4. Flexible interfaces and debugging methods

The module is equipped with rich external interfaces, including digital input/output interfaces and analog input interfaces (0-10V/4-20mA), which can easily achieve linkage control with PLC, touch screen and other control devices. At the same time, it supports parameter setting, operation monitoring, and fault diagnosis through Fuji specific debugging software (such as FRENIC Loader), making the debugging process simple and efficient. In addition, the module also has functions such as multi-stage speed control and PID control, which can be flexibly configured according to different application scenarios.

5. Stable and reliable, adaptable to harsh environments

-During installation, it is necessary to ensure good ventilation inside the control cabinet and avoid placing the module in an environment with high temperature, humidity, dust, or corrosive gases;

-Before wiring, the power supply must be disconnected and wiring must be strictly carried out according to the wiring diagram to avoid reverse polarity of the power supply or incorrect connection between the output and input terminals;

-Before module operation, relevant parameters such as motor rated voltage, rated current, control mode, etc. need to be correctly set through debugging software based on motor parameters and application requirements;

-If a fault alarm occurs during operation, the fault code should be checked in a timely manner, and the cause of the fault should be investigated according to the manual. Only after the fault is eliminated can the machine be restarted;

-Regularly maintain the module, clean the surface dust, check whether the wiring terminals are loose, and ensure that the heat dissipation channel is unobstructed.
