1. Synchronous acquisition of high-speed signals

The high-speed signal processing chip integrated internally can perform real-time filtering and shaping on the collected raw signals, eliminate interference noise, and ensure the authenticity and accuracy of signal data.

2. Signal synchronization and timestamp marking

For multi-channel signal acquisition scenarios, IS200EXHSG3REC has excellent inter channel synchronization performance, with an inter channel synchronization error of ≤ 10ns, and can achieve synchronous capture of multi-source high-speed signals. At the same time, the module will add precise timestamps to each set of collected signal data, with timestamp accuracy up to microseconds, providing important basis for the control system to analyze the signal timing relationship and locate the time of fault occurrence.

3. Real time data transmission and interaction

The module interacts with the controller through the high-speed backplane bus of the Mark VIe control system, with a data transmission rate of up to 1Gbps. It can transmit the collected high-speed signal data to the controller in real time, ensuring that the control system can timely obtain equipment operation status information and quickly respond to control requirements.
