Features

Dedicated RTD input: mainly used for connecting RTD sensors, terminating and processing temperature measurement signals, capable of accurately acquiring temperature signals and transmitting them to the control system, suitable for industrial occasions requiring high-precision temperature measurement.

Number of channels: Usually has a certain number of input channels, such as common 8-channel or 16-channel configuration, can be connected to multiple RTD sensors at the same time, to meet the demand for temperature monitoring of multiple measurement points.

High-precision Measurement: With high-precision signal acquisition and processing capabilities, it can accurately measure small changes in RTD sensors to ensure the accuracy and reliability of temperature measurement and provide accurate data support for temperature control in industrial processes.

Technical Parameters

Input type: mainly accepts RTD signals, such as Pt100, Cu50 and other common RTD types.

Measuring range: Generally covers a wide temperature range, e.g. - 200°C to + 850°C, depending on model and configuration.

Accuracy: High measurement accuracy, typically in the range of ±0.1% to ±0.3%, meets the temperature measurement accuracy requirements of most industrial processes.

Supply Voltage: Generally 24V DC power supply, relatively small operating current, with low power consumption.

Response time: the response time is short, can quickly collect and transmit temperature signals, generally between a few hundred milliseconds to a few seconds, can reflect the temperature changes in a timely manner.

Application Scenarios

Industrial process temperature monitoring: In the production process of chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power and other industries, it is widely used in the temperature monitoring of various reaction kettles, heating furnaces, pipelines and other equipments. By connecting the RTD sensors, it collects temperature data in real time and transmits them to the control system, so as to achieve the precise control and monitoring of the temperature in the production process, and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the production process.

Environmental temperature monitoring: In intelligent buildings, warehousing and logistics, laboratories and other places, it can be used to monitor the indoor and outdoor environmental temperature. By connecting the corresponding RTD sensor, it realises real-time monitoring and data recording of the environmental temperature, which provides the basis for the control of air-conditioning system, ventilation system and so on, in order to create a comfortable working and living environment, and to ensure the safety and quality of the stored goods.

Equipment temperature monitoring and protection: It is used to monitor the temperature of all kinds of industrial equipment such as motors, transformers, pumps, compressors, etc. When the temperature of the equipment exceeds the set value, it will send out an alarm signal in time and take corresponding protective measures such as stopping the machine and lowering the load, etc., so as to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to overheating, prolong the service life of the equipment, and increase the equipment's reliability and operation efficiency.

Food and beverage industry: In the process of food processing, beverage production, etc., it is used to monitor the temperature of heating, cooling, fermentation and other links to ensure product quality and production safety. For example, in the beer brewing process, precise control of fermentation temperature is crucial to the taste and quality of beer, NTAI03 can be connected to RTD sensors to monitor the temperature in the fermenter in real time and feedback to the control system for precise adjustment.
