The Speed Variator drive is an adjustable speed, bidirectional, constant torque range, closed loop system while the SCR Drive is a DC drive that is also closed loop with adjustable speed, but that is unidirectional with adjustable acceleration. The SCR Drive has an operator station that includes a remote housing with speed adjust control and start and stop control that allows the operator a selection of basic command functions. 

 The 193X703ADG01 consists of a front panel connected to a printed circuit board. The front panel has a rounded handle that connects at two points to the front panel. The panel has four round openings cut in it. In this board, three of these are closed up by plastic plugs, while the fourth is populated by an amber indicator light that is marked RA (IL226.) This is used to indicate when voltage has been applied and the relay has been energized. This front panel is connected to the circuit board by two screws inserted into the front edge of the PCB and reinforced by a metal bar. The 193X703ADG01 has very few components.

Compatibility 

ƒ Compatible with any Series 90-30 CPU except IC693CPU321 and IC693CPU340. Configuration size is limited for CPU311/313/331, as described on the next page. 

ƒ Requires release 8.0 CPU firmware. The latest Release 10 is recommended, if available for the particular CPU.
