Product Overview

The EPRO PR6426 Eddy Current Sensor is based on ferromagnetic core technology and has a more concentrated measurement area, making it more accurate and less susceptible to external interference than air coil sensors. The sensor is widely used in various industrial fields and laboratories, with the advantages of small size, high reliability and non-contact measurement.

Technical features

Measuring range: EPRO PR6426 eddy current sensor can measure the clearance between rotating and fixed parts, shaft vibration and eccentricity, radial and axial displacement of the shaft, wear of the axial tile, the thickness of the oil film, and the relative thermal expansion of the shaft and bearings and other physical quantities.

Sensitivity and accuracy: the sensor has high sensitivity and can accurately detect small displacement changes. At the same time, its precision has also reached a high level, ensuring the accuracy of the measurement data.

Non-contact measurement: the adoption of non-contact measurement avoids the wear and error caused by contact and prolongs the service life of the sensor.

Use and Maintenance
