Based on the ABB MasterBus 300 dedicated communication bus, the data transmission rate between the module and the controller can reach 1Mbps, and the signal acquisition cycle can be as low as 10ms, ensuring fast issuance of control instructions and real-time feedback of on-site data. The response time of the digital input channel is ≤ 1ms, which can accurately capture high-speed switch signals; The pulse counting channel supports pulse signal acquisition below 10kHz, suitable for flow measurement, speed monitoring and other scenarios, meeting the strict requirements of real-time control in the process industry.

3. Redundant fault-tolerant and high reliability design

The module supports bus redundancy and power redundancy configuration. When the main communication link or power supply fails, it can automatically switch to the backup circuit with a switching time of ≤ 50ms to ensure uninterrupted system control. Complete electrical isolation (isolation voltage ≥ 500Vrms) is adopted between channels to avoid measurement errors caused by signal crosstalk; The core components have undergone high and low temperature cycling, vibration and shock screening, and meet the IEC 61010 industrial equipment safety standard.
