FUJI NP1S-22 power module

Core technical parameters

Technical parameters are the core indicators for measuring the performance of power modules. The key parameter configuration of FUJI NP1S-22 is as follows, providing accurate basis for equipment selection and system integration:

-Input parameters: Supports wide range AC input, with a typical input voltage of AC 100-240V, suitable for most global power grid voltage standards; The input frequency range is 50/60Hz, which can adapt to the frequency requirements of different power supply systems without the need for additional frequency conversion equipment.

-Output parameters: The output voltage is DC 24V, which is a commonly used standard power supply voltage in the industrial control field and can directly supply power to devices such as PLCs, sensors, and actuators; The rated output current is 2.2A, and the maximum output power can reach 52.8W, which can meet the power supply needs of medium and low power equipment.

-Efficiency and power consumption: The conversion efficiency can reach over 85%, and it can maintain high efficiency within the range of 20% -100% load rate, effectively reducing energy loss; The no-load power consumption is less than 1W, which meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection, especially suitable for long-term continuous operation scenarios.

-Protection function: Built in multiple protection mechanisms, including overcurrent protection (when the output current exceeds 120% -150% of the rated value, the module automatically limits or shuts off the output), overvoltage protection (triggered when the output voltage rises abnormally to avoid damaging the load equipment), overload protection (activated when the load power exceeds the rated value), and short circuit protection (quickly cuts off the power supply when the output terminal short circuits to prevent module burnout), fully ensuring the safety of the module and load equipment.

-Environmental parameters: The working temperature range is -20 ℃~60 ℃, which can adapt to harsh industrial temperature environments; The storage temperature range is -40 ℃~85 ℃, which is convenient for transportation and long-term storage; The allowable range of relative humidity is 20%~90% (without condensation), and it can still work stably in humid environments.

Core performance characteristics

The FUJI NP1S-22 power module, relying on Fuji Electric's mature power electronics technology, exhibits multiple outstanding performances, giving it significant advantages in industrial applications

1. High stability and reliability: Using high-quality power devices and precision circuit design, after strict environmental testing and life testing, the average time between failures (MTBF) exceeds 100000 hours, which can effectively reduce the risk of equipment shutdown and ensure the continuity of industrial production. The module adopts anti-interference design internally, which has strong electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and complies with relevant IEC standards. It is not easily affected by interference in complex industrial electromagnetic environments and will not cause electromagnetic interference to surrounding equipment.

2. Compact structure and convenient installation: Adopting DIN rail installation method, the structure is compact, occupying small space, and can be flexibly integrated into industrial control cabinets, saving installation space. The module has a simple appearance design and clear wiring terminals, making it easy for on-site construction personnel to quickly connect and maintain, and reducing installation and debugging costs.

3. Wide range adaptability: The wide input voltage range design enables it to adapt to the power supply needs of different regions and scenarios, without the need to configure dedicated power sources for different power grids; When the input voltage fluctuates or the load changes, the output voltage has high accuracy and the fluctuation range is controlled within ± 1%, providing a stable power supply environment for the load equipment and ensuring the accuracy of equipment operation.

4. Comprehensive status indication: The module is equipped with clear LED status indicator lights, including power indicator light (Power) and fault indicator light (Fault). Staff can intuitively judge the working status of the module through the indicator lights. When overcurrent, overvoltage and other faults occur, the fault indicator light will light up in a timely manner, making it easy to quickly locate the cause of the fault and improve maintenance efficiency.

Applicable scenarios

Based on its stable performance and reliable protection mechanism, FUJI NP1S-22 power module is widely used in various industrial and electronic equipment scenarios, mainly including:

-Industrial automation control system: As a dedicated power supply for core control equipment such as PLC, HMI (Human Machine Interface), servo drives, stepper motor controllers, etc., it ensures the stable operation of the control system.

-Intelligent manufacturing equipment: provides DC power supply for automated production lines, robot workstations, intelligent detection equipment, etc., supporting precise movements and data collection of equipment.

-Instrumentation and testing equipment: provides stable power supply for various precision instruments, sensors, data acquisition modules, etc., ensuring the accuracy and reliability of testing data.

-In the field of transportation and energy, it is suitable for scenarios such as rail transit signal equipment, auxiliary circuits for new energy charging piles, and power monitoring equipment, adapting to harsh working environment requirements.

-Other electronic devices, such as communication equipment, security monitoring systems, medical auxiliary equipment (not directly in contact with the human body), provide safe and stable DC power supply for the equipment.

Instructions for Use and Maintenance Suggestions

To ensure the long-term stable operation of the FUJI NP1S-22 power module and extend its service life, the following precautions should be taken during use and maintenance:

Before installation, it is necessary to confirm that the input voltage matches the rated input voltage of the module to avoid module damage caused by voltage mismatch; When wiring, it is necessary to strictly distinguish between input and output terminals, ensure correct connection of positive and negative poles, and prevent short circuits caused by reverse connection.

2. The installation location should be selected in an environment with good ventilation, away from heat sources (such as high-power resistors, heaters, etc.), no corrosive gases, and no dust accumulation, to avoid the module's performance being affected by overheating or environmental corrosion.

During the operation of the module, if the fault indicator light is on, the input power should be immediately disconnected, and the load should be checked for short circuits, overloads, and other problems. After troubleshooting, the power should be restored. It is forbidden to force operation without resolving the fault.

4. Regularly maintain and inspect the module, including cleaning surface dust, checking whether the wiring terminals are loose, and observing whether the indicator lights are in normal condition. It is recommended to maintain the module for 6-12 months, which can be adjusted according to the severity of the usage environment.

5. The maintenance of the module must be carried out by professional technicians, and non professionals are prohibited from disassembling the internal structure of the module without authorization to avoid safety accidents or further damage to the module.
