Polarity error prevention design: The contact adopts a concave convex alignment structure, which can only be inserted into the terminal according to the correct polarity to prevent module burnout caused by reverse connection (such as reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the power supply).

Clear identification: The cable surface is printed with the model, wire sequence number, and direction identification, which corresponds to the terminal unit number to reduce the risk of wiring errors.

2. Connection and installation specifications

Wiring process:

Confirm that the power supply of the module and terminal unit is disconnected, and distinguish the signal line (such as DI/DO/AI/AO) from the power line according to the cable identification;

Insert one end of the cable contact along the terminal unit guide slot (lock it when you hear a "click" sound), and insert the other end into the corresponding interface of the module;

Pull the cable to verify the firmness of the connection, ensure that there is no looseness, and restore the power supply. Confirm that the signal transmission is normal through the module indicator light.

Wiring requirements:

The distance between strong electrical cables (such as power cables) should be ≥ 30cm, and vertical crossing should be used at intersections; Single ended grounding of the shielding layer (preferably on the terminal unit side), with a grounding resistance of ≤ 1 Ω, to avoid the formation of grounding circulation.

Collaborative application with SPCJ4D34-AA:

When the SPCJ4D34-AA industrial Ethernet I/O module needs to expand terminal interfaces, it can be connected to the TU516 terminal unit through TK516 to achieve remote I/O signal relay access, especially suitable for scenarios where the distance between the module and external devices exceeds 0.5m, ensuring stable transmission of 8-channel DI/4-channel DO signals.
