Independent dual circuit control: The module has 2 independent output control circuits, which can control the on/off of different load devices separately. For example, in an automated production line, it can simultaneously control the conveyor belt motor and sorting device motor to achieve coordinated operation of the equipment and improve production efficiency.

Comprehensive protection mechanism: In addition to conventional overload, overvoltage, and short circuit protection, the module also has overheating protection function (automatically cutting off the output circuit when the internal temperature of the module exceeds 75 ℃). Multiple protection measures ensure the safe operation of the module and load equipment, reducing the risk of equipment failure and maintenance costs.

Status monitoring and feedback: Equipped with LED status indicator lights, which respectively indicate the power status (green, lit when the power is normal), the status of each output circuit (red, lit when the circuit is connected), and the fault status (yellow, flashing when overload, overvoltage, short circuit and other faults occur). At the same time, the module supports fault signal feedback function, which can output the fault status as a DC 24V level signal to the control system, making it easy for operation and maintenance personnel to grasp the real-time operation status of the module, quickly locate the fault point, and shorten the time for fault investigation and maintenance.

High reliability and durability: The module adopts high-quality electronic components and advanced production processes, and undergoes strict environmental adaptability testing (high and low temperature cycling, humidity, vibration, etc.) and life testing.
